Nefertiti's Brew
In 1990, archaeologists unearthed the royal brewery of the ancient Egyptian Queen Nefertiti. There, amid the ten brewing chambers, traces of ancient beer residue were discovered and subsequently made into ‘Tutankhamun ale’ – named after the Pharoah and Nefertiti’s supposed stepson. For a while, this became of one of the most expensive beers in the world. Inspired by the discovery, and being a craft beer enthusiast, I set out to produce a set of logo designs for a fictional brewery.
